(Cancellation & No-Show Policy) Deposits are Non-Refundable. Cancellations/Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointment reminders will be sent 72 hours ahead to help you plan. (Late Policy) We allow a 9-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll need to rebook with a new deposit.
