(Cancellation & No-Show Policy) Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel/no no-show within 24 hours, 20% of the service cost will be charged to the card on file. If the payment is declined, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full. (Late Policy) We allow a 7 minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and you’ll need to rebook with a new deposit. We're very understanding, just communicate with us, and we’ll work something out together. (Intake Form) To ensure your safety and provide the best possible service, all Clients are required to complete Intake Form before their appointment. (Period Policy) You may still receive your Brazilian/Bikini Wax service if you are on your period as long as you are wearing a clean tampon or diva cup. If you are not comfortable receiving your service, we completely understand, but the cancellation policy still applies. (Male Waxing) We do NOT offer Male Brazilian, Bikini, or Glute services. We do, however, offer every other service on the menu to male clients. (Age Requirement) Clients must be 18 years or older. If under 18 years old, a Parent or Guardian must be Present at the Appointment to provide Written Consent.
